Customer Success Manager

In-Office

Responsibilities:
We expect our customer success managers to be taught our partners' businesses by our partners
and obtaining a deep enough understanding to:
- Develop custom automated journey experiences using our conversational AI and determine the cadence, messaging and activities needed to engage and convert customers on the partners' behalf.
- Analyze, identify and optimize existing and additional opportunities for partners.
- Be the point of contact between stakeholders across partners and various teams across the organization.
- Host training and update sessions with new and existing partners.
